Small pizzeria with friendly staff and good food. We came late at night, close to closing and they were very accommodating. We ordered on the kiosk that supports multiple languages and it takes foreign credit cards. We wanted something simple so we opted for a margarita pie and the it simply delicious. I loved the sweet yet subtle sourness of the tomato sauces. No floppiness in the dough, great undercarriage yet tasted very airy.
Great pizza. Go with the thin crust options. We had the Mama Mia and a margherita pizza. Nice crust and great flavor. Super nice staff. We took our pizzas and ate them on our walk back and stopped in an open field on our way to our parking spot and talked to some of the locals. Super fun
Pizzas were delicious, fresh, nice and hot. The crew are nice. I ordered a chips as a side order but only served me half a bowl of the usual order but then the guy on the till came back and top up our bowl. Price can be a little expensive for tourists. But I'm not complaining.
Very friendly staff, they have gluten free options & . They have din-in next to the restaurant have more variety and options
Fantastic service, super friendly employees towards tourists (unlike the one beside it). Have yet to try the food but I’ll give further updates. Edit: pizza is fantastic, please give it a try when you come down to Grindelwald.
We were ready for a break from traditional Swiss food, so a pizza to go was exactly what the doctor ordered. And a pizza from Take Away 191 was a real treat! We had them customize a Margherita pizza with some mushrooms and prosciutto on half, and it was absolutely great. The ingredients were fresh and we particularly liked the delicious sauce. We also ordered a mixed salad and it was insanely good. Add to that friendly service and reasonable prices, and this place is a winner.
since my daughter loves pizza so much, during our holiday we have tried most . I can say best pizza in town. fast and delicious. not take away only . have placeses to enjoy and near the station
Very good basic pizza. The pizza crust was very crisp. The tomato’s and cheese also tasted very fresh (as expected in Switzerland). I would definitely go there again if I was just looking for a low key dinner back at the hotel. It was around 25chf, which could feed two of you are not super hungry. Great deal for Switzerland!
